disable startup programs run msconfig, click the startup tab and uncheck the box
next to the item you want to disable from starting up when Windows starts up.

To
change what your computer displays as "Owner" and
"Organization" in the System folder in your Control Panel. It's useful
if you aren't the original owner of the PC or if you just want to be creative
and put your own unique name for the computer to display.
Hkey_Local_Machine\software\microsoft\windows\current version
Highlight the Current Version folder in the left hand window and scroll down to Registered Owner and Registered Organization in the right hand window. Double-click on these two items and rename them to whatever you choose.
