Tucker and I came from Alabama to live happily-ever-after, in Texas, with My Sweet John! Have lived here for 14 years now...so far...so good... :)
John and I have enjoyed sky diving (well, John did, I didn't)...and..
Scuba diving is very exciting. We are still
beginners but we love it. Our most recent underwater excursion
was in Cozumel, Mexico!!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La
Ceiba. La Ceiba in Cozumel, Mexico
Our only other big scuba vacation was in
Grand Cayman. It was awesome! The current was a distinctive
difference in the two dive vacations. There wasn't a current to
speak of in Grand Cayman; whereas, the current was very strong in
Cozemel. Now that was an interesting difference and both
were great!! We had a wonderful time at Sunset
House in Grand Cayman. 
Did I mention that we went to Sting Ray City
while we were there?!? Ooooh, we swam with the Sting Rays and
even touched them! The top feels like fine sandpaper and the
underside is white and as soft as satin. Totally cool.
...and currently...Karate...
Wado Shinzen Kai to be exact.
Wado kai or ryu, meaning the "way of peace and harmony", is one of the four major styles of karate in Japan and perhaps the purest form of karate-do (the way of the empty hands). I am a beginner but really like it! This is something that John and I will probably do the rest of our lives. Click here for a photo of me in uniform.
